The HomeVision unit I received this week developed a fault after running for approximately 10 minutes.
I phoned Craig at CSI and left a message on his answering machine. He phoned me back later that night and spent over half an hour on the phone to me from Florida (at his expense) trying to sort out the problem.
Eventually the autopsy ended and the unit was declared dead. Craig has dispatched off a new unit to me by Express post. Turns out I have been “lucky” enough to get the first unit EVER to fail.
Craig has even had one hit by lightning and only the serial port went down, the rest of the unit kept running.
