We’ve seen many robotic vacuum cleaners since the days of the Roomba, but here’s something different, even to the scuba. The Mint is designed to clean your ‘hard surface floors’ by magnetically holding standard dry cloths (like those from Swiffer and Pledge). The unit also features a mop mode for use with wet cloths and messier clean ups.
Available in the US around the third quarter of this year and then internationally by 2011 the unit will cost around $250. Watch the video of the little critter after the jump (which on first glance resembles a Mac mini on the loose around your kitchen floor!)…
