Honeywell evohome iPhone app - GHOST zones.

On the iPhone app, I have two ghost zones. One shows 3 deg and the other -- . I deleted the app and reinstalled without change.

I created a new evo home account but it says my base unit is paired or matched with another account ( my first obviously!)

How do I clear the ghost rooms that do not show on the base unit??

Have you tried adding the two zones to the controller temporarily (exact same spelling including case sensitive) then wait for 5 mins then delete them again ?

Please contact Honeywell consumer support with your email address and they will fix this
