Check your Controller's System Summary. What does that show for this zone. But if the Heating is OFF then all demand should be 0%

Agreed. But you can clearly see that this one baby is stuck at 13%. Even after restarting Domoticz.

EDIT: Its last-updated date is from 2020. Looks like a ghost device Domoticz is somehow holding onto. I'll delete it and see if it is re-created.

Thanks for the updated instructions on Domotize integration, and the improved description on the Echo.
However I seem to be Missing 'Controller Mode'. This could be related to me using a usb ramsese II dongle and not a proper HGI-80.
Not sure what I can do about it...

You must have it but might have it set to 'unused' in Domoticz parlance, meaning it is hidden. Make sure you look in all devices and set things to display 50 entries because 25 (default) may not show it. If you find it, set it used and then copy into the roomplan.

sorry if I got the terminology wrong. Plugged it into my NAS.

Thanks, looked through my entire device list, but not there, and googling the only other person with a similar problem had it appear after a day, however mine has been up for a few days now. Looks like I need to investigate.

                  Heat demand shown on Dashboard

If you are using Domoticz/HGI-80 (or equivalent) with the skill and you include the 'Relay' devices in the associated roomplan you will now see accurate heat-demand based on the % values reported by the HGI-80. The opacity of the 🔥 orange flame symbol shown on a zone's tile changes with the demand-percentage, so a TRV that's heavily open will appear solid orange while a valve that's barely open will appear rather transparent. It actually provides good feedback as to where heat demand is coming from without complicating the dashboard with even more numbers. In the above screenshot, you can see 3 zones in action.

If you are not using a HGI-80 then the flame symbol still appears for a zone when setpoint > actual + 0.5. This is not as accurate of course (and is always solid) but is better than nothing.

Thanks to @bruce_miranda for the idea for this.

New overview in response to "Is there Heat Demand?"

I've added a new overview screen that is shown if you are using a HGI-80 and ask the skill "Alexa, is there heat demand?". If the demand-value for a zone is 0% then the tile is shown white, otherwise orangish.

Ah that's the SSM, I know it well :-) If you are missing zones or Modes in Domoticz, try and delete all the devices and add the hardware again and let it rest for over 24 hours. Some items like the Controller Mode are created only once and over a 24 hour period.

Finally got this to appear. As far as I can tell it was because there was a metal filing cabinet between my SSM-D2 (fake HGI-80) and my touch control which I guess was blocking communication between the 2, anyway moved some things around and it finally appeared, probably helped my me having to rebind a wayward HR92.

                        Next problem.
I added Controller Mode to the EvoControl, issued a "Update my Configuration" to smart heat, it responded saying it had found 8 zones, no more errors with add a room etc.

HOWEVER as far as I can tell, it isn't using Domotize. Is there a proper way to tell. Anyway my show doesn't seem to show any of the extra info, and asking smart heat for a rooms temperature responds with a value to the nearest 0.5 degrees.

                        UPDATE

disabled and then re-setup the skill and it all seems to be working now.... well I got 16.2 degrees for one of my rooms when I asked, will have a look at my echo show when I'm next near it.

In the settings page, there's a slider switch to enable/disable using the HGI even when linked. Because discovery noticed you were missing the Evotouch idx, this slider was auto-reset to off for you. You could just have slid it back to on instead of disabling/re-enabling. But that works too

Heads up: Amazon has an issue at the moment resulting in "SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name 'v1'" for auto-linkers. Accessing anything AWS is noticeably slower than usual. You may experience issues with EvoControl until they resolve it (it actually has nothing to do with this skill in particular).

                            EDIT: All seems well again

I've added showing the 🔋 battery state retrieved from the HGI-80 when you ask if there is heat demand. Any mains-powered devices (like the BDR-91 controlling my Livingroom UFH pump) show a ⚡ instead of a percentage. If the battery is <= 20% you will also see ⚠️.

While I was at it, I redesigned the look of the screen to use opacity to highlight where there's demand rather than tile-colour.

Just remember that battery % is only reported by the HR92, the HR80 only reports a Battery Low warning no percentage.
