HR92 - Motor not moving after summer

Heating system is not been used during the summer months.

Now., i have replace the batteries [ with Duracell optimum] . I can see the rotation symbol on the display but no movement to change the valve position.

Is this the system error or the HR92 are stuck ?

This happening with 3/5 zones in the system.
